Beaconhouse Group began its journey in Lahore, Pakistan, in 1975 as the Les Anges Montessori Academy that catered to 19 children. In the years that followed, it grew into one of the largest private school networks in the world – the Beaconhouse School System. 

While education remains at its very heart, the Beaconhouse Group of today has diversified its ambit beyond education to include technology, solar energy, hospitality, real estate, and more. It continues its work to create positive social impact through various nonprofit initiatives, doing so alongside its business ventures. 

The network employs a multinational staff of over 18,000 from around the world, including the UK, USA, Ireland, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Belgium, Pakistan, Oman, Egypt, the Philippines, Thailand, and Canada, among others. With nearly 11,000 women employees, Beaconhouse is one of the largest private-sector employers of women in Pakistan.
